​​Preparing taxes might not sound like the most appealing job to others, but I truly enjoy helping small business owners live the American dream of being their own boss.  I handle behind-the scenes tax and accounting paperwork so my business clients  can focus on running their business.   I focus on long-term relationships with small business owners.  My first three business clients when I opened my practice 17 years ago are still my clients today.

With almost 30 years experience in tax and accounting, I've handled a variety of issues to help individuals and businesses.  I've found that people's fear of taxes can be alleviated through understanding and managing taxes.

I graduated from the University of North Carolina - Charlotte, Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, and quickly earned my North Carolina Certified Public Accountant license.

I have spent most of my career in public accounting.  I also spent several years working in the accounting departments in healthcare, property management, and real estate development companies.

As a long-term resident of Union County, NC, I graduated from Union County middle and high schools.  Both of my musically talented daughters also graduated from Union County schools.

My office is located near the Union/Mecklenburg County line.

I work with clients located throughout Union County, Mecklenburg County, and Cabarrus County, as well as various locations across South Carolina.   I also have clients in Pennsylvania and Tennessee.
